Farel was the security chief of the Lorelei. He dressed as Voc robot SV10 and tried to kill several members of the crew, including the Seventh Doctor. He suffered from robophobia, and tried to crash the Lorelei into Ventalis and make it look like it had been caused by Voc robots. He wanted his plan to succeed so that robots would no longer be used by his government. (AUDIO: Robophobia)
