The 1998 Fantastic Four comic book lasted from 1997 - 2003. Its sixth, seventh, and eighth issues printed the comic stories April is the Cruelest Month, Seize the Child!, and Storm Warnings, respectively, each of which contained elements of the Doctor Who universe.
Additionally, its ninth issue's comic - A Day in the Life - featured a reference to a "Doctor", from whom Reed Richards acquired a second-hand London police call box which is bigger on the inside, although the exterior design shown is that of a red telephone box.
