Fady Elsayed (born 15 September 1993 [1]) played Ram Singh in the television series Class.
He reprised the role in Big Finish's Class: The Audio Adventures audio series.
Career[]
After a childhood acting in school productions, Fady attended the Young Actors Theatre in Islington. His first professional acting part was a starring role in the film My Brother the Devil. He would later appear in Noel Clarke's film Brotherhood.
Since his work on the TV episodes of Class, he has also appeared in A Private War.
Prior to working on Class, Elsayed actually was contracted for, and recorded scenes of The Bells of Saint John as Nabile. However, the scene was later reworked to accommodate a montage of location filming and it needed to be reshot. By that point, Elsayed was unavailable for filming and so the part had to be recast.
