- The appearance of a book named It's Bigger on the Inside references Tim Quinn and Dicky Howett's Doctor Who book It's Bigger on the Inside! which was released in the same year as this story. The in-universe book was evidently published earlier than its real world counterpart because it appears in the scene set in 1974.
