Worldbuilding[]
- Somebody asks Bill to remember he's not in The Army Game anymore.
- Somebody asks for a little less Charlie Chaplin in Pat's portrayal after being smothered by a pie.
- Jon's costume is criticised; it resembles Worzel Gummidge.
- Tom Baker doesn't need scripts so they are all thrown out of a window.
- Someboby in 1974 is reading It's Bigger on the Inside.
- JNT thinks Peter will make an excellent Doctor once he gets out of his veterinarian kick. He watches Peter deliver a Dalek baby.
- JNT tells Colin the nice thing about his contract is the gauaranteed eighteen month holiday each season.
- Sylvester wants to play the Doctor with Hartnell's irritabilty, Cushing's senility, Troughton's lovability, Pertwee's suavity, Baker's insanity, Davison's sensitivity and Baker's intensity. JNT asks if this might cause any problems and he is very indecisive.
Notes[]
- The appearance of a book named It's Bigger on the Inside references Tim Quinn and Dicky Howett's Doctor Who book It's Bigger on the Inside! which was released in the same year as this story. The in-universe book was evidently published earlier than its real world counterpart because it appears in the scene set in 1974.
