Eliza Jenkins, otherwise known as Thomasina Thumb due to her short stature, was a compere at Jonathan Jaggers' circus in 1884, as well as general busy body. She heard Kybo speak English unaided. She assisted the Sixth Doctor in teaching Kybo to learn English. (AUDIO: Judoon in Chains)
