The IE compound was located in East Sussex. (PROSE: The Vaughn Identity) Tobias Vaughn beamed a radio signal to the Cyber-Fleet from there. He also held several people captive there including Professor Watkins, Zoe Heriot, Isobel Watkins and (briefly) The Second Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon.
