In February 2065, TV 21 reported that a mysterious masked man in black gained illegal entry into the Dunwell Atomic Research Station. He used a reactor after the alarm systems were put out of action before disappearing without a trace. (PROSE: Fireball Surrenders!)
The man turned out to be Roger Lyon, an agent working for Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward. He went to the Research Station after retrieving from Creighton-Ward Manor the blueprints for a weapon stolen from the Luthvian embassy, which could only be disposed of through a bombardment of radioactive Uranium G21 particles, with orders to destroy them. He disconnected the alarm and carefully avoided the guards who were right on their schedule. Roger then placed the cannister containing the plans into the reactor core and activated it to disintegrate them. He escaped easily, but was soon run off the road by some of Mr Steelman's men.
