Donna Shakesheff was an art department co-ordinator and prop buyer for Doctor Who.
She was also featured (only visible as Donna S) in a face-match sequence in The Bells of Saint John, (DWMSE 37) so she is one of a handful of crew members who is, technically, a part of the Doctor Who universe as well as one of its creators.
