The Diogenes Club was a gentlemen's club that appeared occasionally in Sherlock Holmes stories.

The Third Doctor frequented the Diogenes Club, but was kicked out at one time when the Seventh Doctor showed him the answer to the crossword he was doing. The Third Doctor shouted at him, breaking the rules of silence. (NA: All-Consuming Fire)

In 1893, the Oscar Wilde stayed at the club. (BFBS: The Adventure of the Diogenes Damsel)
