Deeptime Frontier was the first story in the audio anthology Ravenous 3, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Matt Fitton and featured Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, Nicola Walker as Liv Chenka and Hattie Morahan as Helen Sinclair.

Notes

• Deeptime Frontier was originally meant to be Ravenous 2's last story. However, as Matt Fitton wasn't available to write it due to a family bereavement, Guy Adams was brought in and wrote Seizure. (VOR 121)

• The Doctor refers to his capture of the Eleven, (AUDIO: The Eleven) Jaxa and her TARDIS, and his first encounter with the Ravenous. (AUDIO: Seizure)
• The Doctor mentions that he has a history of bad encounters with circuses. (TV: The Greatest Show in the Galaxy)
