A member of the Slitheen, posing as an Ambassador Rahnius of the Galactic Alliance, gifted "deadly" deeley boppers to Sarah Jane Smith, Luke Smith, Clyde Langer and Rani Chandra. With a click of his fingers, the red deeley boppers were materialised atop their heads. When he revealed himself as Slitheen, "Rahnius" used the deeley boppers to immobilise them, preventing them from moving their legs. However, Sarah Jane was able to channel an energy reversal beam through her sonic lipstick and fix the Slitheen to the floor before sending him back to where he came from.
