The Death Lords (COMIC: Cindy, Cleo and the Magic Sketchbook) were dangerous skeletal beings from a reality founded on death who wore Time Lord robes similar to those of the Tribunal.
One Death Lord was trapped in the Void and became an ally of Sutekh, following him into the Doctor's universe. While causing destruction, it demonstrated the ability to split into three different copies of itself wearing differently-coloured robes. Sutekh killed all three of them. (COMIC: Old Girl)
