David J. Howe (born 24 August 1961[1]) is a writer and Doctor Who historian. He is the author of several reference books, and a few pieces of fiction, as well. He also played a Yeti in the Reeltime Pictures home video Downtime, and wrote Dæmos Rising. Along with Sam Stone, he was the script editor for White Witch of Devil's End.
