Daughter

A daughter was a female offspring to her parents. The male equivalent was a son. (TV: An Unearthly Child et al.)

The Tenth Doctor unwillingly had a daughter named Jenny when his DNA was extracted during the Human-Hath War on the planet Messaline by a progenation machine. After initially appearing to have been killed by a gunshot wound, she survived and went on to explore the universe like her "father". Some of the Doctor's companions had daughters, such as Amy Pond and Rory Williams, who were the parents of Melody Pond; (TV: A Good Man Goes to War [+]Steven Moffat, Doctor Who series 6 (BBC One, 2011).) and Donna Noble, who was mother to Rose Noble. Rose Tyler, who had become pregnant with the Meta-Crisis Doctor's child, gave birth to a daughter who was named Mia. Alice Carter was the daughter of Jack Harkness. Due to the latter's immortality, Alice appeared older than her father by 2009. According to the work of one Time Lord author, the First Doctor, faulty Type 40 TT capsule which he used to make his escape, took with him Gallifrey's moon, the Hand of Omega, validium and the President's daughter during his escape from Gallifrey.
