D403 was a capsule the First Doctor had in the emergency cabinet in his TARDIS. It was able to restore the life force in Savages after the Elders had taken it. Steven Taylor and Dodo Chaplet used it to cure Wylda, and then the Doctor. (TV: The Savages)
