A Cyber-Planner, also known as the Cyber Planner or Cyberman Planner, (PROSE: The Wheel in Space) lead Cybermen of the late CyberFaction in their plan to take Space Station W3 in 2079. Like other Planners, it was essentially an immobile brain.
The Planner directed the Cybermen to invade the Wheel, but was eventually destroyed when their Cyber-ship was blown up by the Station's X-ray laser. (TV: The Wheel in Space)
