A Cyber-Leader was in command of an ancient Cybership which attempted to destroy the planet of gold, Voga, to stop the production of glitterguns in future conflicts he had already planned. After his plan of planting bombs in the core of Voga failed, he planned to ram the Nerva Beacon in to Voga in a last attempt to destroy the planet completely so its gold would no longer be a threat.
He was killed when the ship was destroyed by the Vogan rocket Skystriker. (TV: Revenge of the Cybermen)
