The Cyber controller had an enlarged black coloured cranium and different coloured eyes from the rank and file cyberman, and a black torso. Instead of the handlebars, the controller had two metallic cables coming connecting its head, going from behind its torso to the front of the chest.

In the far future, a Cyber-Controller took the Cybermen back in time to the early 21st century to convert all the humans on Earth. It was killed by the Eighth Doctor, who used the time vortex to turn it into dust. (COMIC: The Flood)

Appearance

The Cyber controller had an enlarged black coloured cranium and different coloured eyes from the rank and file cyberman, and a black torso. Instead of the handlebars, the controller had two metallic cables coming connecting its head, going from behind its torso to the front of the chest.
