Curtis (The Edge)

Curtis was the leader of the Edge. He was in charge of a drug selling ring which enhanced the mental capacity of the user. He became interested in the Second Doctor and Zoe Heriot after they had the highest natural scores on a test he had set to allow people into his labs. He then ordered Jamie McCrimmon to be killed.
