Council Police

The Council Police was the organisation responsible for security and law enforcement on Gallifrey during the time of the Pythia. They kept the peace during the celebration of the return of Prydonius and, later, the unrest against the Pythia. (PROSE: Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible)
