Con Bartel was a flierman for the Kaldor City Company. He took the Fourth Doctor to the Docking Bays, where Bartel saved the Doctor from being killed by a sandminer robot. He was killed when Ander Poul caused his flier to crash into the Sewerpits. (PROSE: Corpse Marker)
