Compliance collar

Compliance collars were devices that were used in interrogations. They were put around the subject's neck and electrocuted them when they lied. When the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa were investigating a prison, Nyssa was captured by the Warden and forced into a compliance collar. (AUDIO: 1001 Nights)
