Colin Spaull (born 19 May 1944[1]) played Lilt in the Doctor Who television story Revelation of the Daleks and Mr Crane in Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel, all of which were directed by his school friend Graeme Harper. (DCOM: Revelation of the Daleks)
He also voiced multiple characters for Big Finish Productions.
He shared his memories of his Doctor Who career on the documentary Revelation Exhumed and the 106th edition of Big Finish's charity podcast series Toby Hadoke's Who's Round.
