Colin Mapson was the visual effects designer for the Doctor Who television stories The Hand of Fear, Image of the Fendahl, The Invasion of Time, The Pirate Planet, Nightmare of Eden and Time and the Rani.
Mapson had earlier been an uncredited visual effects assistant on The Claws of Axos (INFO: The Claws of Axos), Colony in Space (INFO: Colony in Space), Carnival of Monsters (INFO: Nightmare of Eden), The Green Death (DWM 320), Death to the Daleks (INFO: Death to the Daleks).
