The Clockwork Ouroboros affair was the Star Chamber's attempted 1834 invasion of the Eleven-Day Empire using Charles Babbage's analytical engine and the canon per tonos. It was stopped by Lord Byron at the cost of his shadow and resulted in the fire that destroyed London's Houses of Parliament on 16 October. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
