Clock

A clock was an instrument for measuring time, sometimes utilising a clockwork mechanism. Clocks worn on the wrist were called watches.

The First Doctor kept an ormolu clock in the TARDIS control room. (TV: An Unearthly Child)

The Clockwork Droids broke clocks to hide their own ticking. (TV: The Girl in the Fireplace)

A spaceship crashed into the London clock tower known as Big Ben in 2005. (TV: Aliens of London) Jack Harkness had previously parked his space craft next to the clock in 1941. (TV: The Empty Child)

Bilis Manger ran a store called A Stitch in Time where he sold clocks. (TV: End of Days)

When an artist in a cafe in Paris sketched Romana, he drew her with a clock face in place of her actual face, symbolising her relationship with time. (TV: City of Death)

The Institute for Technological Advancement and Research had a beryllium atomic clock for the countdown to the new millennium. (TV: Doctor Who)

The appearance of a grandfather clock was assumed on at least three occasions by the Master's TARDIS. (TV: The Deadly Assassin, The Keeper of Traken, PROSE: The Eight Doctors)

General Mariah Learman attempted to build a time machine using clocks and mirrors. (AUDIO: The Time of the Daleks)

The Eleventh Doctor wrote a "slightly intelligent" computer virus which caused all clocks to display the number zero in order to alert the Atraxi to Prisoner Zero's whereabouts. (TV: The Eleventh Hour)

While trying to work out the secret of the Foretold, the Twelfth Doctor and other people onboard the Orient Express used clocks to keep track of the Foretold's victims' remaining seconds of life. (TV: Mummy on the Orient Express)

The Monks used the Earth's clocks to display a Doomsday Clock to when the world's end would come to be at Agrofuel Research Operations, due to a series of mistakes. When the Twelfth Doctor set an explosive in the lab, the doomsday clock started reverting back as the world's end had been averted. (TV: The Pyramid at the End of the World)

Brendan received a clock as a gift commemorating his service to the Garda before his memories were redacted. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen) When shown the story of Brendan in the Matrix by the Spy Master, in reality an analogy for the story of the Timeless Child, the Thirteenth Doctor spotted the fact that the inscription on the back of the clock actually commemorated his service to the Division, a secret Time Lord organisation operating outside of the Time Lords non-interference policy. (TV: The Timeless Children)

Sundials

The Doctor's second incarnation had a sundial in his TARDIS. (TV: The Tomb of the Cybermen, The Mind Robber, The War Games)
