Civitata was the tutelary goddess of the City of the Saved. Compassion V would use the statue of Civitata as her avatar to interact with the City, although this did not permit her movement. On one occasion, as the City of the Saved Civil War was beginning, she asked her first iteration, Laura Tobin, to allow them to share Tobin's body, but Tobin repeatedly refused.
