Chuck (Attack of the Cybermen)

Chuck was an engineering student. In his first year at college, he dated fellow student Peri Brown. She later thought about Chuck's inability to give simple answers and inability to speak anything but "jargonese" shortly after the Sixth Doctor's regeneration. (PROSE: Attack of the Cybermen)
