Christopher Coll (28 January 1938-29 May 2021[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Phipps in The Seeds of Death and Stubbs in The Mutants.
Career[]
He was best known for playing Detective Constable Kane on police procedural Z-Cars, Victor Pendlebury on Coronation Street and Dave Rockway on football soap United!. He also played teacher Mr Malcolm on Grange Hill.
