Chelsea was a Kelly's landlady and a poetry enthusiast in the 21st century.

She organised regular Writers' Festival at the Arts Centre for the residents of Darlington to attend. Chelsea didn't think much of Anthony Marvelle. (PROSE: Enter Wildthyme)
