Charlotte was a villager on Sentinel Island who was in a relationship with Daron. She was immune to the hypnotism of Nestene, and was killed by an Auton when she tried to flee, but not before she was able to alert UNIT to the Nestene's base of operation. (HOMEVID: Auton 2: Sentinel)
