Celia Imrie CBE (born 15 July 1952[1]) portrayed Rosemary Kizlet in the Doctor Who television story The Bells of Saint John. She also voiced several characters for Big Finish Productions' audio adventures.

She contributed to the documentary Remembering Douglas Camfield.

Personal life[]

She is the mother of Angus Imrie.

Career[]

Imrie is well known for appearing in several British films such as the Bridget Jones films, Calendar Girls and St. Trinian's, as well as portraying Starfighter pilot Ellberger in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.

She also had a recurring role in Absolutely Fabulous, with Jennifer Saunders, Joanna Lumley, June Whitfield, Julia Sawalha and Christopher Ryan.

In 2012, she also appeared in Titanic, alongside The Bells of Saint John co-star Jenna-Louise Coleman.
