The Cave of Five Hundred Eyes was a cave in 13th century China. Initially a habitation for 250 Hashashins under the influence of the Mahomet Alo-eddin, these men were executed by the Mongol conqueror Hulagu. Their faces were painted on the walls of the cave by an unknown party.

It was used briefly as a hideout for Acomat and his bandits in 1289. (TV: Marco Polo)
