Cardiff Bay Millennium Hall and the real-life Millennium Centre are both opera houses shaped like armadillos. Ianto and Tosh wonder if everybody else was taken to its roof like they were on their first days, recalling Gwen and Jack standing on the Millennium Centre's roof at the end of Everything Changes. However, the Millennium Hall is apparently some distance from the Hub.
