CRT-JCE-006 was the administrator robot who asked for the papers for processing people to be able to gain access to Earth. It was taking Melanie Bush to quarantine. It malfunctioned. His name was code for Carrot Juice, the drink that Mel often gave the Sixth Doctor, and the 006 was a reference to the fact that the Doctor was in his 6th incarnation. It contained the seeds that were needed to save the Earth Empire. (AUDIO: The Seeds of War)
