Broken Memories was a full cast audio anthology released on 14 March 2024 by Big Finish Productions. It featured Tom Baker as the Fourth, Sadie Miller as Sarah Jane Smith, Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, Bonnie Langford as Melanie Bush, Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor and Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor alongside monsters from the 2005 revival of the television series.

- Cover artist Rafe Wallbank posted a closer look at the Seventh Doctor composite he did for the cover, as the TV Movie costume rights were "iffy".[1]
- The stories were recorded on 1 September 2020, 28 May, 28 June, 21 and 28 July 2021 at the Soundhouse, Side Studios and remotely.
- This is the first anthology in the Classic Doctors, New Monsters series to feature the recasting of a companion, in this instance Sadie Miller as Sarah Jane Smith, previously portrayed by her late mother Elisabeth Sladen.
