Broff was one of the players of The Weakest Link aboard the Game Station in 200100. He wasn't good at answering the questions in the first round. After Fitch's apparent death, Broff tried to escape the studio and was shot by the Anne Droid. This blast transmatted him to the Dalek mothership, (TV: Bad Wolf) where humans were being turned into part of the growing Dalek army created by the Emperor. (TV: The Parting of the Ways)
