Boxtree was a book publisher. They started in 1990 and became an imprint of Pan Macmillan by 1996.[1] They published several Doctor Who reference books, including The Doctors - 30 Years of Time Travel, Classic Who: The Hinchcliffe Years and Classic Who: The Harper Classics.
