Bosnian diplomat (When to Die)

A Bosnian diplomat signed an agreement with Josie Williams during Operation Endeavour in 1996. He was assassinated by one of his bodyguards, who proceeded to kill the other and take Josie hostage in order to keep Major Johnson away. However, he was stopped by Paul Reynish. (HOMEVID: When to Die)
