Bocwar was the Head of Security to the Emperor on the planet Arabia. He was instrumental in orgainising security for the Emperor's panic room and was almost beheaded when the TARDIS unexpectantly materialised. The Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams convinced the Emperor that they were holograms and part of the panic room's defences – impressing the Emperor enough to spare Bocwar's life and give him a rise.
