Bob Anders was a scientist on board the weather control station Moonbase Laika. He was Australian, with the country's flag on his uniform.
While in the sickbay with Jack Hobson, Charlie Wise, Polly Wright and the Second Doctor, they discovered a Telosian Cyberman hiding under a sheet. Bob snuck around the beds, and attempted to attack the Cyberman, but another one entered, which shot and killed him. (TV: The Moonbase)
