Boatman (Vampire of the Mind)

A boatman was a henchman for the Reborn Master. He told the Sixth Doctor that there was something weird happening on the island. After the Younger Master escaped the older version killed the Boatman once a tracking device was placed on The Master's TARDIS. (AUDIO: Vampire of the Mind)
