Blujaw Skaldson was an elder on Fundrell. He was a Soothsayer and read from the Book of Futures. He had a son, Linnis Skaldson. He fortold the crash of a spaceship. He also predicted the arrival of the Fourth Doctor. He contacted the Doctor and told him that the Sleeks and the water were the same thing. (AUDIO: The Skin of the Sleek)
He came to Romana and told her about the Sleek. He later gave Sartia an orb. When he got back to the Sleek chamber he touched a Sleek and helped the Doctor reset the planet. (AUDIO: The Thief Who Stole Time)
