Commander Bill Pollock was Lavinia Smith's partner in a market garden in Moreton Harwood.
He first met Sarah Jane Smith in 1979. Pollock was secretly the High Priest of the Hecate Cult and nearly sacrificed Brendan Richards on 21 December 1981 before being defeated by Sarah Jane and K9. Pollock and the other cult members were arrested by the police and charged with attempted murder. (TV: A Girl's Best Friend)
