Bernard Finch (11 February 1939-15 October 1990[1]) played a Mentiad in the Doctor Who television story The Pirate Planet.
He was originally cast as Spencer in Doctor Who and the Silurians, but was forced to drop out when recording dates changed. Nevertheless, he was still paid for the role. (INFO: Doctor Who and the Silurians)
