Changes: Beneath the Viscoid (audio story)

Beneath the Viscoid was the first story in the audio anthology Only the Good, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Nicholas Briggs and featured Derek Jacobi as the War Master.

This was the first audio story to feature Jacobi as the Master, his first time reprising the role in a full cast story since appearing in TV: Utopia in 2007.

The Master warns the Daleks that to assault his damaged TARDIS could potentially endanger the entire universe. (TV: The Pandorica Opens)
Once again, the Master impersonates the Doctor because of his reputation as a "do-gooder". (AUDIO: Dominion) He would later do so again for different reasons. (TV: World Enough and Time)
The Master briefly allies with the Daleks again. (TV: Frontier in Space, PROSE: The Not-So-Sinister Sponge, AUDIO: Master of the Daleks)
