Ben Aaronovitch is the author of several Doctor Who stories, his first being Remembrance of the Daleks.
He also contributed to several Doctor Who documentaries released on DVD, as well as the audio commentary for Battlefield and the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.
Career[]
He is now best-known for his non-DWU Rivers of London novels.
Aaronvitch allowed the use of characters he created for televised Doctor Who in the non-Doctor Who short stories Excalibur of Mars and The Dogs of War.
Personal life[]
Born in 1964, he became the first writer for the series to be born after its debut on television.
He is the brother of David Aarnovitch and Big Finish actor Owen Aaronovitch and David Aaronovich.
