The Battle of Valentine's Day was the final fight between the Eleven-Day Empire and the Thirteen-Day Republic.
Realising that the loa would not tolerate the renegade group, the Empire sent Cousin Octavia to deal with them. She disguised her troops as the Red Burial to infiltrate the Republic, and then convinced the real Red Burial to join her. Facing overwhelming forces, Anastasia admitted defeat.
