Mr Barraclough was the headmaster at Bowman's Grammar School. He was a small man who was very strict but fair by reputation. The boys at the school all feared him and nicknamed him Hitler, which they acknowledged was unfair.
One pupil, after encountering the Third Doctor. mustered up the courage to report an altercation between Thompson, the school bully, and another boy named Scott to Mr Barraclough. Afterwards, the bullying eventually stopped. (PROSE: Potential)
