Barlow Teveler

Barlow Teveler was the brother of Sisrella Teveler and son of Helgert Teveler. He was in the team to destroy of Kelsos Tower. He rescued Melanie Bush from oxygen starvation. He helped the Sixth Doctor to find a way to restore the seeds. He was taken by the Eminence, who forced him to take the Breath of forever becoming an Infinite warrior. They used him in an attempt to contaminate the seeds. However, the Doctor foiled this plan. Barlow was killed when Kenneth activated self-destruct. (AUDIO: The Seeds of War)
